A white border is around the entire photograph. &quot;801 Ohio&quot; is written in blue ink on the bottom border. On the back is a note to Miss Edith C. Johnson in Topeka, Kansas from R.J.W. in Lawrence, Kansas. Note discusses how R. sprained their ankle in baseball and had to go to Simmons Hospital. Dated May 3,1909. Postmarked May 4, 1909.
