On the back at the top of the left side is information on the bank, specifically that it was established in 1865. Along the left side &quot;Pub. by S.H. Kress &amp; Co.&quot; is printed sideways in green ink. The image also includes a sign advertising the Lawrence Business College. A note is on the back to Mrs. Margaret Carlson in Coone, Iowa from Pearl Russell in Lawrence, Kansas. Note states that the Lawrence National Bank building is the tallest building in Lawrence.
