Minutes of Lawrence Public Library board’s meetings for the year 1967. Includes financial reports, circulation, book stock, and registration. The minutes reported that Northeast Kansas Library System added funds to the library once Lawrence Public Library received a membership. Thanks to this membership, director Wayne Mayo assisted the city of Eudora in the formation of their library. By November, the library launched the inter-library loan service for first time.
Meetings with the state commissioner and the city manager to plan the new building were mentioned.
