By January 29th the chairman, Skipper Williams, reported to the board the interviews conducted to architectural firms and the selection of four of them for the new building.
A letter with the trustees recommendation for the construction of the new building had been attached. The firm Robertson, Peters, Ericson, Harrison, and Williams was recommended and accepted.
An appreciation letter for Mrs. Weeks was added to the report by Max Stalcup.
