Postcard with a black and white photograph of the Manual Training School on the front. Photograph is the school from a distance and shows the front and the side of the building facing the street. At the bottom is a white strip with "Manual Training School, Lawrence, Kansas." is typed in black ink. At the bottom left side "C.W. Mettner. Lawrence, Kans" is written in white ink. At the top "1909" is written in black ink. At the top of the corner of the building an "x" is written in black ink along with a line across three of the windows. On the back is a note to Miss Zoe Doering in Cottonwood Falls, Kansas from G.L. in Lawrence, Kansas. Note indicates that the sender takes sewing classes in the room with the marked windows. Postmarked April 20, 1909.
