On the back at the top left "McAll[a]ster Elementary School 14th and Rhode Island Lawrence, Kansas" is typed in black ink. Beneath the text "built 1915 Torn down 1970" is written in pencil. information on when and where the postcard was acquired is on the back, Miller Print Shop 9/12/1988. Note: Listed at 1428 Rhode Island in the 1961 directory.
