    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Postcard with a black and white photograph of the Eldridge House on the front. Photograph focuses on the front and the side of the building facing the street. Building takes up a large portion of the street block and is three stories tall. On the right side of the building&#039;s front is an &quot;Express Office&quot; sign and a sign with &quot;Union Pacific Ticket Office&quot; painted on it. A banner hangs above the front middle door with &quot;Eldridge House Barber Shop&quot; printed on it. On the second floor balcony are two banners for &quot;The Witching Hour&quot; on October 19th. At the bottom of the photograph is a black strip with &quot;No. 6076. Eldridge House, Lawrence, Kansas&quot; is printed in white ink. A white border is around the entire photograph. On the back in the middle &quot;Mfgd. by M.L. Zercher Book and Stationery Co., Topeka, Kansas&quot; is printed sideways in black ink.
