Postcard with a colored image of the Lawrence National Bank building on the front. Image focuses on the front corner door of the building. The right side of the building is painted green and the left side is painted beige. Image is a photograph colored in by hand. At the top of the left side "Lawrence National Bank, Lawrence, Kans. - 18" is printed in black ink. A white border is around the entire photograph. On the back at the top of the left side is information on the bank, specifically that it was established in 1865. Along the left side "Pub. by S.H. Kress & Co." is printed sideways in green ink. The image also includes a sign advertising the Lawrence Business College. A note is on the back to Mrs. Margaret Carlson in Coone, Iowa from Pearl Russell in Lawrence, Kansas. Note states that the Lawrence National Bank building is the tallest building in Lawrence. Postmarked August 25, 1924 in Kansas City, Missouri.
