Postcard with a black and white photograph of the Hook's residence after a tornado on the front. Photograph depicts a house leaning to one side and partially off of its foundation, three people are sitting on the foundation of the house with a dog and is printed on the left side of the postcard. At the bottom of the photograph "Hook's Residence - Tornado 9/12/11" is printed in white ink. A signature is in white ink at the bottom of the right side. A white border is around the entire photograph. Information on when and from whom the postcard was acquired is on the back, 5/24/2003 from Jim Taylor in Lenexa, Kansas.
