At the top of the image "Girl's Home. Haskell Institute. Lawrence, Kans. 3752. Pub by Hoadley's China Store." is printed in black ink. Beside "3752." "1916" is written in black ink. On the back is a note written to Mrs. John Doering at 1146 1/2 Tennessee St, Lawrence, Kansas from her child in Florence, Kansas. Postmarked May 23, 1916.
