Postcard with a black and white photograph of the Woolf Brothers Department Store on the front. Photograph depicts the inside of the store. At the bottom of the photograph "Woolf Brothers Lawrence, Kans." is printed in white ink. A white border is around the entire photograph. On the back is a not to Mr. Tom and Webb Woodward in Topeka, Kansas from Ben Bont in Denver, Colorado. Postmarked September 8, 1929. Note by Sally Postma states that Wendell Holmes was the manager of the store in 1929. Information on when and from whom the postcard was acquired is on the back, 11/29/1989 from Frank Wood.
